New York State - Time-lapse & Solution

I have a feeling that the song “A New York State of Mind” didn’t mean ‘in a state of utter confusion and frustration’. This maze might leave you feeling like that - it’s one of the more complex state mazes I’ve made so far. This was divided into ‘zones’, much like the Massachusetts maze, which adds an extra challenge.

The goal is to get from the tip of Long Island and exit into Pennsylvania on I-86 in the west. (Easy Mode is doing this in reverse - starting at I-86). The solution posted below is just one of many. This is a ‘flat’ maze - paths cannot go over/under each other. If that were the case you’d just ride the highways all the way out!
